A four week abstract painting course investigating different ways to create and be inspired.
This course is suitable for experienced painters and those who haven’t picked up a brush since school.
We’ll be creating a different abstract painting each week as well as several smaller, test pieces.
A fun, four week, morning course designed to be fun, cathartic and encourage experimentation.

The Workshop
A four week, Acrylic painting workshop
Sundays 9.30am - 12.30
Creating Abstracts is a great way to express emotions and ideas, in this course we’ll be doing just that.
And while you’re experimenting, having fun and eating cake you’ll be learning all about acrylic paint and discovering new ways to use it.
Each week we’ll be creating a different style of abstract painting.
We’ll be responding to music, landscapes, emotion and colour using marks, collage, mixed media and paint to create big and small masterpieces on canvas and paper.
Tea and coffee and cake will be provided
Information and a full kit list will be sent prior to your workshop.
If you are new to painting and missing some of the items you need please don’t worry, get in touch as I have plenty of equipment that can be borrowed.
